This small central hotel is located next to the main cathedral on Plaza Colón and is a converted monastery, which was originally built in 1904. This historic landmark features tiled floors and walkways, superb views from the open walkways and all of the amenities that guests would expect, including lift access and a car park (fees apply).

Past meets present in the hotel guest rooms, which feature individually regulated air conditioning and heating, an in-room coffee service, cable TV (some rooms have 32-inch LCD TVs), wired Internet access, in-room safes, an ironing set and a hairdryer. Guests can also ride the panoramic lift and enjoy the view.

A free continental breakfast is offered in the bakery across the street.

The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool.

Guests can park in the adjacent car park for $4.50 plus tax per day (subject to change). Rollaways are available for $15 per day, cots are offered free of charge. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the hotel.

From Aguadilla airport: Take Highway 2 South and take the La Candelaria/McKinley exit. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left to go under the highway. Continue into the town, go just past cathedral (rear of the hotel is to the left) to turn left, then left again into the entrance of the hotel on the left. From San Juan International Airport: take Route 127 to Hwy 52 into Ponce and then take Highway 2 West. Exit right onto McKinley St. Travel straight until the Plaza and the hotel is on the left-hand side.
