The aparthotel is situated in Razlog Valley in the Pirin Mountains of Bulgaria. The Razlog Valley is a large plateau of land surrounded by three mountain ranges. The Europe's largest ski town of Bansko, a UNESCO world Heritage Site, is 7 km away. Plovdiv International Airport and Sofia Airport are situated at a distance of approximately 150 km and 160 km from the aparthotel, respectively.

The hotel offers 199 apartments, a luxurious spa centre, lobby bar, piano bar, international restaurant, spacious lounge area with open fireplace, WLAN Internet access throughout the whole complex and a shuttle bus service to the ski lifts. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and a cloakroom. The apartments are accessible by lift. Younger guests remain entertained at the children's playground and kids' club. Delicious food and fresh drinks are served at the café, bar and restaurant. Business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities. Guests may enjoy the privacy of dining in their room using the room service. Around the complex there are numerous activities to keep fit including skiing, tennis and fishing, whilst horse riding, biking and golf incur additional fees. The golf course is around 500 m away.
