Nestled among the ski slopes on Bansko's main street with the UNESCO-protected Pirin National Park nearby, the complex offers the comfort and grandeur of the mountains, the hospitality of a small town and the magic of skiing. Sofia Airport is about 130 km away.

One of the hotel's most valued advantages is its unique location that allows guests to leave the hotel on skis and come back directly from the slope. A comfortable stay here is guaranteed by 94 apartments and rooms, all of them luxuriously furnished with oak and mahogany. Fully renovated in 2009, there are 84 rooms in total at this ski hotel. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange, and lift access to the upper floors. The café, bar, pub and restaurant serve food and drink. Wired and wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and a garage (for a fee) are also available.

Rooms
All rooms and apartments are furnished with oak, mahogany and cherry, generating a feeling of warmth and cosiness. All premises are covered with wool carpets. The overall feeling of comfort is completed by the air conditioning, a telephone, satellite LCD TV, Internet access, a dressing table with a mirror, desk, sofa bed and armchair.
