Keemala harnesses the history of fictitious ancient Phuket settlers and incorporates the story of four different clans within the resort. Fixtures and furniture are for the most part sourced from within communities in Thailand and hand made using local and traditional methods. Treatments and wellness programs are being meticulously designed to utilize bygone techniques, and natural herbs used as medicinal remedies in conjunction with old-fashioned pampering. The eight treatment rooms will offer a haven of renewal. The spa will also offer a Thai massage pavilion, steam and sauna rooms, a fitness room with views of the sea and lush topography, and yoga and meditation spaces, making Keemala an ideal destination for retreats. As an extension of the wholesome spirit of Keemala, the cuisine offered will also be organic and locally sourced and grown where possible. Tree Pool Houses.The?We-ha Clan? (Sky Clan) was a group who worshipped the Sky and believed to have an advanced understanding of the universe. They built their homes elevated from the ground to obtain better creativity and liberty. The clan included the talents of doctors, creators, artisans, scientists, artists, and musicians. Their way of life was completely different from other clans; this is reflected in the design of the Tree Pool Houses. They're seemingly suspended from the trees and are accessible by a skywalk.
