The hotel's building was originally built in 1800 and consists of 16 rooms on 3 floors, of which 2 are singles, 13 are doubles and 1 is a suite. The pleasant lobby contains a 24-hour reception service a small lobby bar which is also used as a breakfast room and Internet access. A laundry service is also available. There is a glorious view over Nice from the small roof garden.

All of the en suite rooms are individually furnished and fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, air conditioning and heating as well as a safe.

The hotel features a roof top terrace. The hotel is some minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais, where it is possible to jog, along with enjoy all types of water sports.

Bus transfer from the airport to the hotel. From the airport take the bus number 98 to Centre ville, alight at the last station Gare Routière. (Please note: in the evening the buses do not run very often. It is possible that the bus stops at the Gare Routière and keeps going to the train station (Gare SNCF)). If arriving at the bus station, cross the street, turn left and the next street to the right is Rue de la Tour where the hotel is located. Simply look for the tower with the flag of Nice. If arriving at the train station, take a left. After maybe 5 minutes guests will hit Boulevard Jean Médecin. Please look for the next bus station on the right-hand side. Take the bus number 2 towards Riquier and alight at Gare routière. If arriving here, cross the street, turn left and the next street on the right side is Rue de la Tour. The hotel is located on the right-hand side.
