Opened in 2003, this hotel affords a peaceful location and wonderful views out over the sea. The south of Martinique is renowned for its wonderful beaches and countless water sports offerings. The studios with sea views have been attractively decorated with Rattan furniture and light-coloured fabrics and each feature a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a direct dial telephone, a colour TV, a kitchenette on the terrace with hot plates, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, kitchenware, a double/ king-sized bed and individually controllable air conditioning.

All meals are available in a buffet form; it is possible to book a half-board stay.

It is 5 km from the market town of Ste Luce. On leaving Fort de France or Lamentin airport, take the Rivière Salée direction, then Ste Luce. Leave the trunk road by taking a right turn in the direction of Anse Mabouya, then turn right straight away on to a small 1.5 kilometre-long road, which leads to the residence.
