This family-friendly beach resort is situated on the most eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, in Punta Cana. Within 15 minutes of the hotel, guests will find the local town centre, which is home to a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, nightlife spots and public transport links. Shops can be found at PalmaReal and Bavaro Shopping, both 15 minutes away and Higuey is a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Punta Cana International Airport is just 37 km from the accommodation.

Built in 2008, this spa complex comprises 1791 rooms and is fully air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. On-site facilities include lift access, a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a disco, a casino and a games room. Guests will find a café, bar and restaurant on site and conference facilities and WLAN Internet access are available, the latter in the Cyber Cafe & Lounge. A laundry service and car parking are provided and bikes can be hired from reception for a fee. Younger guests can make some new friends at the kids' club and play with them on the playground.

This resort offers 9 different outdoor swimming pools with gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea and a secluded lagoon. Massage and spa treatments can be enjoyed for a fee at the state-of-the-art spa and further entertainment can be found from the elegant casino and with the entertainment programmes, which are provided for both adults and children.
