The hotel is located near the beach (some 300 m). It is around 2 km away from the village of Kardamena on the south side of Kos Island. Just a short stroll away are the famous sandy beaches with their crystal waters and the small picturesque harbour of the village, which offers many options for entertainment including restaurants, bars and nightspots. Asklipeion is around 23 km away and it is some 25 km to Kos Town. Kos-Hippocrates Airport is approximately 7 km away.

This beach resort complex lies amidst beautifully landscaped gardens and consists of 9 annexe buildings with a total of 108 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, an auditorium/theatre and a games room. There is a TV lounge and younger guests can relax in the children's playground or the kids' club. There is a bar and a restaurant and guests can take advantage of the Internet access and room and laundry services (both for an additional fee). There is a doctor-on-call service (charges apply) and it is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises. Covered garage parking is available for those arriving by car.

Rooms
The rooms are modern, welcoming and clean. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, a safe and a mini fridge. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. All rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace.
