Built in 2000, this apartment complex comprises a 5-storey main building and 4 annexe buildings with a total of 316 apartments. The complex offers guests use of a lift, a small supermarket and a bar. Additional facilities include a restaurant with a sun terrace as well as a bakery. Guests may park their cars in the car park or the garage (located in the surrounding area, additional fee applies). There is also a playground for younger guests.

All of the modern apartments come with an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a fridge, a double bed (or 2 single beds) and a furnished balcony or terrace. The modern apartments for 4/6 have dining room with 2 individual sofa-beds or 1 double, 2 double rooms, en suite bathroom, an American kitchenette and a terrace. All include a washing machine and TV.

Various facilities are available to guests including a freshwater swimming pool with children's pool, a snack bar and a Jacuzzi. Sports enthusiasts may try out diving or minigolf at locations on the apartment complex on payment of an additional fee.

The price includes water, gas and electricity. It does not include bed linen. Guests can rent bedding at reception (approx. 5 EUR/unit/week).
