Opened in 1994, the hotel building is 3 storeys high and has a total of 168 apartments. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby, a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts and a café and bar. Furthermore, there is a small supermarket, a small shop, an air-conditioned restaurant and an Internet terminal at guests' disposal. In addition, the hotel offers room and laundry services. A bicycle hire service and a secure cellar for storing bicycles are also available. Those arriving at the hotel by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park and garage.

The apartments are air conditioned and can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. All include a living room with a sofa bed and a separate double bedroom, as well as a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen.
