This complex hotel comprises a total of 100 apartments. Facilities on offer include a garden, a terrace, a children's playground and lift access.

There are two categories of apartments on offer. The first is for 4/6 people and is equipped with 2 double rooms, a dining/living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a TV, 2 fully-fitted bathrooms with showers, a separate kitchen with an electric cooker and a vitroceramic stove-top and an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a large terrace with patio furniture. The other apartment category is for 6/8 people. The same furnishings as for 4/6 people are on offer, with an additional double room. Cleaning before arrival, as well as water and electricity are included in the price.

The complex offers guests the use of an outdoor swimming pool with children's paddling section and a sun terrace.
