The complex comprises 2 buildings, both on the seafront, with direct access, via a flight of steps, to the beach. There is a total of 100 apartments available, and facilities on offer include a currency exchange facility, lift access and a small supermarket. Cleaning of the accommodation units before guests' arrival and water and electricity costs are included in the price. Guests can also hire a parking space behind the hotel complex.

The apartments for 4 to 6 people each come with 2 double bedrooms, a fully-fitted en suite bathroom with shower, an individual kitchen, a living/ dining room with a sofa bed to sleep up to 2 people, and a furnished balcony. Guests can use the shared swimming pool on the grounds of the complex. There is a golf course just around 3 km away.
