The hotel is located just 300 yards from the port, a short walk away from the Olympic Stadium on the Montjuich hill and next door to the famous Ramblas and Barcelona historical centre. It is ideally located and within easy reach of all parts of the city. There is a metro station on its door step (El Paralelo). The hotel was built in 1993 and renovated in 2001. It has a total of 314 rooms on 6 floors of which 276 are doubles, 14 are singles and 24 are suites.
