The modernist building that houses the apartments has recently been refurbished (2007) to include a lift and to provide all the comforts necessary to make each guest's stay a pleasant one. The hotel is air-conditioned and provides a cloakroom.

The apartments can accommodate up to 8 people. They have 3 bedrooms and a living room with a wide sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven and tea and coffee making facilities. The complete bathroom comes with a shower. They also feature a TV, washing machine, double beds, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating.

Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Please call (34)934673052, at least 24 h before scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Barcelona B&B, at Pau Claris street 145 ent 1, to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition. From Barcelona's airport, you can either take the Aerobus shuttle to Plaza Catalunya, or RENFE train to Sants Estació or Passeig de Gracia. All of these stations are serviced by metro. To reach the apartments, take metro Line 4 to Verdaguer. The apartments lie within walking distance.
