This elegant hotel is located in the centre of Barcelona on the famous Plaza España, near the well-known Gran Via. From here, it is only about 200 m to the Montjuic fountain with its sound and light shows. The National Palace, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the Fundació Caixa Forum Museum, the Spanish Village, the Greek Theatre, the Miro museum and the Anell Olimpic are also all in the near surroundings and easy to reach. Both the tourist bus and the aerobus from the airport stop at Plaza España. The famous Las Ramblas, the Columbus monument, and the beach of Barceloneta (about 4 km) are within easy reach. Sants central railway station is approximately 1.5 km from the hotel and it is about 8 km to El Prat International Airport.

The 7-storey conference hotel is known for its size, and comprises a total of 276 rooms, of which 178 are standards, 80 are executive rooms and 18 are suites. Facilities on offer include a large air-conditioned lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access. There is also a gift shop, an Internet Point, a piano bar, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, an indoor heated swimming-pool and 18 conference rooms. Rooms
The majority of the rooms are fitted with two queen-size beds. The bathrooms are fitted with Italian marble and have a separate massage shower, a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror.

There is nothing better than starting the day with a hearty breakfast, which the L'Aria restaurant serves in the form of a buffet. The El Mall restaurant offers a large selection of finest Mediterranean cuisine in a peaceful atmosphere.

From the airport take the C-31 main road (Autovía Castelldefels) until reaching Plaza de España. Turn right at Ave Maria Cristina, the one between 2 Venetian towers, until reaching the National Palace dircetly in front. Turn left onto Ave Rius i Taulet until reaching Lleida Street. The hotel is right on the corner.
