This is a brand new accommodation development. Very well situated in some of New Zealand's most spectacular scenery, A beautiful lake, the picturesque Southern Alps and one of the worlds clearest night sky's. There is an astronomical observatory close by and star gazing tours are very popular here. Also to be enjoyed is the world class trout fishing, kayaking, mountain biking and scenic flights. This is the big outdoors at its best.
Exterior: Each apartment is two storeys , and in a weatherboard and glass design. The complex has its own swimming pool, spa pool and BBQ area. The entire complex is enclosed by a security gate.
Lobby: There s a small check in lobby.

They are apartment style each is a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. They include, full kitchen and laundry, open plan living and dining area, gas fires, LCD televisions, DVD players. The bedrooms are of a good size, and consist of Queen sized bed and in second bedroom two single beds. A third bedroom also contains a Queen bed. there is two bathrooms in each apartment one of which is ensuite. Bathrooms contain both Bath tub and shower. There is an additional toilet downstairs. Each apartment has a single garage and two additional car parks.

There is no restaurant on site. There are restaurants in the town and also shops to buy groceries.
