Within easy driving distance are ski fields, lakes, glaciers, rivers and the Southern Alps. The Grosvenor is an intimate property ideally suited to the independent traveller with their own transport.
Exterior: Affectionately known as the 'Grand Old Lady of the South', the Grosvenor is very much a part of Timaru's history with ornate styling dating back to the 19th Century. This gracious low rise property is situated on a corner block and is very centrally located.
