A splendid, small hotel with a charming and historical character. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Exterior: The hotel has a traditional appearance, the building dating back more than 200 years. It is a low-rise building with a discreet entrance.
Lobby: The lobby is very cosy with limited seating. The decor is again quite historical and rustic with the stone walls and low ceilings.

The rooms are well appointed and each one has its own character. They all have the modern conveniences expected of a moderate 4-star hotel and the decor is quite understated. Some rooms are situated around a yard at the rear of the building and entrance is gained by outdoor stairwells.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and is very traditional, relying heavily on dark wood and chequered tablecloths. There is little or no natural light which further adds to the romantic 'olde worlde' feel of the area. There is also a pleasant garden restaurant occupying the courtyard where you can soak up the midday sun.

From Praha Ruzyne Airport (PRG) by taxi: 15-minute journey. Taxis are easily available directly in front of arrivals: exit D from North Terminal 1 and exit E from North Terminal 2. By bus: 23-minute journey. All journey fares are CZK 26. Buy tickets from vending machines at the airport or from a newspaper kiosk - you can use the same ticket for the bus and the metro. Take bus 119 from outside the arrivals terminal. This bus runs every 7 to 20 minutes to Dejvická metro station, which is the last stop. From Dejvická metro station, take the metro line A to M?stek station (four stops) and change to line B. Get off at Nám?stí Republiky and it is now just a 3-minute walk to the hotel. By train: 10-minute journey. The main train station, Hlavní nádra?í, is a 5-minute walk away from the airport. Take the metro line C from this station to Florenc station (1 stop away), then change to line B and get off at Nám?stí Republiky and it is now a short 3-minute walk to the hotel.
