This beach hotel is situated at the southern end of Naama Bay, which is the main resort in the centre of Sharm El Sheikh. The establishment enjoys a prime location, which is just a few minutes' stroll from the sandy beaches, and is nicely set back against the hills, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Nearby attractions include the Old Market, which is 5 km from the establishment, and Dahab, which is some 100 km away and can be reached in an hour by car or public transport.

This beach hotel consists of 3 buildings, housing 78 standard rooms and 12 superior rooms. Renovated in 2008, the establishment is fully air-conditioned and welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe. On-site facilities include a TV lounge, a cafe, bars - including the main bar, the 1st Floor bar, a roof-top bar and the Oasis bar, - a pub and the main hotel restaurant. Internet access and a laundry service are provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the complimentary car park.
