This pleasant hotel is located at the heart of the Waterfront district in Downtown Vancouver. Beautiful Stanley Park, the shopping area of Robson Street, and the historical centre with its famous steam clock are all within walking distance. A bus stop and an underground/overground station are about 200 m away, and Gastown is some 300 m away. Approximately 500 m from the hotel are various nightclubs, Canada Place (the cruise liner port), Pacific Centre Mall (on Robson Street) and the nearest shops. The railway station is about 2 km away.

Renovated in 2005, this completely non-smoking hotel comprises a total of 225 rooms. Guests are welcomed in the spacious lobby with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, and lift access. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a café, a newspaper stand, shops, and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children. In addition, a conference room is available for meetings and banqueting, and there is an Internet terminal. Room service is also on offer. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park (for an additional fee). This hotel participates in the Green Partnership Program.
