This business hotel is set in a converted former residential building dating back to 1909. An original lift, high-ceiling guest rooms and many other period features can still be found in the establishment, which comprises a total of 237 guest rooms, spread across 5 storeys. The family-friendly hotel was renovated in 2008 and features a 24-hour reception service, a hotel safe and a breakfast room. The professional team are on hand to welcome guests and other facilities include WLAN Internet access and a laundry service. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage.

The rooms are all spacious and newly decorated. Single and double bedrooms offer a desk and a coffee table with armchairs, whilst parquet and wooden floors provide an elegant atmosphere. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with a shower and toilet. Additionally rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, a telephone, a TV, a radio, wireless Internet access, a safe and a minibar for drinks. By car: Follow the A10 (Berliner Ring) until reaching the Dreieck Nuthetal motorway intersection. Then take the exit to the A115 Berlin, following directions to Berlin Zentrum West. At the Dreieck Funkturm motorway intersection, exit on the sliproad to Messedamm/ICC. Carry on straight to the Kaiserdamm intersection. Turn left and arrive at the hotel.
