The hotel is located a stones throw away from the beach and the main entertainment and shopping areas. It is well located for both tourist and business travellers and very close to the new marina area, home to a wide array of bars and restaurants. 1 kms to city centre 20 kms to the nearest airport (ben gurion) 3 km to the nearest station (north railway station) 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 1 km to the nearest fair site (tel aviv exhibition garden)

The hotel offers a total of 120 rooms in a large variety, including special honeymoon rooms and family rooms with connecting doors, as well as 20 rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes. The air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2008 and features a spacious dining room, bar, room service (fees apply), free wireless Internet access throughout the hotel and banquet halls for meetings and family functions for up to 140 participants. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the hotel's parking (subject to availability, fees apply).
