The house has recently acquired a number of self-catering apartments in a brand new development on Baker Road in Aberdeen. The main attractions of the city are within easy reach for guests.The spacious and luxurious apartments have been developed to provide the highest standards of accommodation. They are set in a choice of traditional Victorian and Georgian townhouses or modern developments chosen for their design and convenient locations. The apartments are available for short or long term stays, ideal for business, leisure travel and corporate housing. They feature a garden and a terrace and facilities on offer to guests include a restaurant, a laundry service (for an additional fee), a car park and covered garage parking.The lounge is fitted with comfortable contemporary furnishings together with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine and drier, microwave, waste disposal unit, refrigerator, freezer, oven and hob, ventilation and storage. All the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are ready and cleaned for usage. Each apartment has free broadband Internet access available and comes with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, as well as a double bed, a direct dial telephone, a radio, a hifi and tea and coffee making facilities. They are equipped with an ironing set, heating and a safe and feature either a balcony or a terrace. Guests will be charged separately for telephone calls made during the stay.Guests arriving from the South by car should follow North Anderson Drive (A90) and turn right onto Rosehill Drive. Turn left into Hilton Avenue and then right onto Baker road, the apartment building is the 2nd building on the left. Those coming by car from the North should follow North Anderson Drive (A90) and turn left onto Rosehill Drive. Now follow same directions as from south.
