The hotel is located in East Grinstead, about 30 minutes from London Victoria station, with links to central London, via the Gatwick Express. Also within easy reach is the M25 motorway, as well as Eastbourne on the glorious south coast. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities about a 5-minute drive away in East Grinstead. The beach is roughly a 45-minute drive away. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from London Gatwick Airport. Other airports include London City, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton, which are about 64 km, 72 km, 111 km and 124 km away, respectively.

The business hotel was built in 1940 and recently refurbished, with each of the 120 rooms and suites styled to perfection. The Bay Tree restaurant, Anise fine-dining restaurant as well as the Qube bar were introduced. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. By car take the M25 motorway to Junction 6, then follow the signs for Eastbourne and East Grinstead on the A22 major road. Continue on the A22 and the hotel is approximately 9 miles from Junction 6, situated on the left-hand side of the A22 at Felbridge.
