15 minutes from Walt Disney World this resort, with its own water
park with its 760,000 litres, guarantees fun-filled holidays for
the whole family. Also close by, you will find local restaurants
waiting to tempt your palate, bars to quench your thirst, and shops
to satisfy your shopping needs. The reception area, the bar, and
the restaurant are air-conditioned and there is internet access.
Our apartments are fully furnished, with a living room, dining
area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Guests may use
our car park facilities. There is a launderette available, for a
fee.
Rooms
The apartments include a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge, a
dishwasher, a washer/dryer and fridge, as well as a bathroom with a
hairdryer, a direct dial telephone and in-room safe. Heating and
air conditioning are centrally regulated. The one-bedroom
apartments include a king-size bed and pull-out sofa bed. The
two-bedroom apartment has a king-size bed and two twin beds in the
second bedroom and a sofa bed.

Located by the lagoon is Shipwreck Sally's Bar and Grill.
Activities & Sport
In the outdoor complex guests will find 2 swimming pools, a snack
bar and a grill. Guests may also make use of the hot tub as well as
tennis facilities and a gym. There is also an entertainment
programme to provide some variation for guests.
Comments
All accommodation units get a full cleaning every 8th day. A towel
change can also be requested once a week. Additional full cleaning
can be arranged for a cost of about 29 USD per day. The rental
deposit is 50 USD (payable on site at the reception at check-in and
to be returned at check-out). This is a non-smoking resort. Any
booking arriving 1 May 2012 and after will have a resort fee of
$6.99 per day (plus tax) payable locally by guest.

there
From Orlando Airport (MCO): Head west and take a slight left
towards S Access Road. Make a slight left at S Access Rd and
another slight left at Boggy Creek Rd/County Rd-530/FL-527A. Merge
onto FL-417 S via the ramp to Tampa/I-4 partial toll road and take
exit 2 for Celebration Ave toll road. Turn right at Celebration
Ave, then left again at Space Coast Pkwy/US-192. make a slight left
to stay on Space Coast Pkwy/US-192 and turn right at Avalon
Rd/State Rd 545. Turn left at Bali Blvd/FL-530, then turn right,
turn left, turn right and the resort will be on the left.
