This community is in a quiet location, only a few minutes' drive from Kissimmee, where there are many shop and restaurants, and is only a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the Walt Disney World Complex. The resort offers tennis, basketball, volleyball, nature trail around the lake, private beach with a BBQ area, a gazebo, a private clubhouse with a cyber café, fitness room, communal pool and a hot spa, games arcade, and a sports equipment hire, and a poolside bar.

All of the villas within the community are fully fitted for your holiday needs. They will include a fully equipped kitchen, with all the glasses, plates, cutlery, and pots and pans provided, plus all bedding and linen/towels will be provided in the villa. In addition there will be a washer and dryer, the master bedroom with have an en-suite bathroom while the other bedrooms will share a bathroom. The villa will also have air conditioning and heating.

The community is gated and you will be given a pass to show to the guard to gain entry during your stay. There is a community pool and club house also available for guests use.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from The Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The office is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight. After midnight, key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All rental accommodation is non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 h.

The nearest Airport is Orlando International, guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the south exit from the Airport, signposted State Road 417 and Kissimmee. Join State Road 417 heading west (toll road) and exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left towards the Ramada Hotel, and the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Centre, where you will check in, is on the right.
