Newly built in 2011, these houses have Mediterranean inspired architecture with fresh Floridian accents coupled with modern, top-of-the-line, European interior design elevating the comforts and efficiency of a home away from home to a luxurious experience of extravagance. Each of the 2 and 3-bedroom town homes features a spacious private sun terrace with a heated spa tub to compliment the oasis-style resort pools and spas overlooking the centrally featured subtropical, landscaped lake and sunset gazebo. Further facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned establishment include a games room, TV lounge, children's playground and Internet access.

Each accommodation unit features a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a stove/oven and a coffee machine. Further room amenities include a washing machine, an ironing set, a dryer, bed linen, towels, a telephone, large flat-screen, high-definition cable TV, hifi sound system and centrally controlled air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and adjoining bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The additional bedroom has either a double bed or 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. A third half bathroom is adjacent to the first floor lounge. Each town home has a private outdoor spa tub. Maximum occupancy for all home types is 2 persons per bedroom.

The clubhouse is the social hub of the resort featuring a pool/snooker lounge, TV room, gym, business centre, games room and lounge area overlooking an oasis-style swimming pool, a second heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, children's play area, barbecue area, wedding gazebo and fishing pier surrounding a well-stocked 'catch and release' fishing pond. Sun loungers are provided on the sun terrace.

Check-in is from 4pm. Guests must check-in, register and collect your key from the Encantada Club La Costa office, located at: 3070 Secret Lake Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. Tel: 1 407 997 3231. The office is open daily until midnight. If clients arrive after hours the address information is then collected from the guard at the gate house, at the entrance to Encantada. A refundable deposit of $500 (subject to no damage while in villa), is required at registration. Check-out Time on day of departure is: 10:00am. Guests arriving from Orlando Airport take the Beachline 528 (Toll Road) heading west to I-4 West. Continue to exit 64 heading west on US-192. Go about 10 km, just past the Hwy 429 interchange and, through your first light, turn left onto Secret Lake Drive (on your left there will be a McDonalds and a 7-Eleven).
