These homes are grouped in communities and have modern and spacious
floor plans. Upscale design décor is employed throughout all homes,
and amenities are available that ensure stays will be enjoyable and
comfortable. The homes are available with 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms.
Rooms
These homes will have a fully equipped kitchen with all modern
appliances, including a fridge, microwave and cooker, along with
cutlery, utensils, plates, glasses and more. Tea and coffee making
facilities will also be provided. The master bedroom has either a
king or queen-size bed with an en suite bathroom. Other bedrooms
feature either a queen or twin beds and share a bathroom. All
bedding and linens are provided. Satellite/cable TV will also be a
standard feature in the homes, in addition to direct dial
telephones and radios. For laundry, each home will have a washing
machine and dryer, and an ironing set. Optimum comfort will be
ensured by the central air conditioning and central heating.
Activities & Sport
A private, screened swimming pool and pool deck will include a
minimum of 2 sun loungers plus a table and 4 patio chairs.
Comments
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is
conducted from the welcome centre, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson
Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The centre is open
daily from 8 am to 12 midnight. After midnight, key collection is
from the electronic lock box at the welcome centre. Homes
assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning the free
telephone number 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the 'urgent message'
option. When registering for a villa, guests are asked to supply a
credit card as security. A refundable security deposit of USD 500
is required at registration for each home or apartment that has
been booked. The following items can be added to bookings for an
additional daily fee - pool heat, cot rental, and highchair rental.
All homes are non-smoking, pets are not allowed. Check-out on the
day of departure is 10 am.
Directions, How to get
there
Guests arriving at Orlando Airport should take the south exit,
signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join the SR.417 heading west
(toll road) and exit at junction 2, signposted Celebration. At the
end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn
right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive approximately 0.5 kilometres
to the intersection with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto
Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights
onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left heading towards the Ramada
Hotel, and the welcome centre, where check-in takes place, is on
the right.
