This new resort comprises 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses, offering an
outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing terraces, a relaxing lazy river
and a waterslide. There is also a children's play area.
Rooms
The 3-bedroom townhouses come with 2 bathrooms, and the 4-bedroom
townhouses come with 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms offer a
shower/bathtub, and both accommodation types have washing machines
and dryers. The townhouses come equipped with a direct dial
telephone and TV with cable. They have a fully equipped kitchen
with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making
facilities and an ironing set, as well as air conditioning and
centrally regulated heating.

Guests staying at the resort will have unlimited access to the
leisure facilities, which include a heated outdoor swimming pool,
sunbathing terraces, a relaxing lazy river and a waterslide, as
well as a children's play area and flood-lit tennis courts.
Comments
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection
are to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365
West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. Keys
may be collected after hours from the electronic lock box at the
Welcome Center. Guests should enter the lock box code (C-7-0-8-3),
then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes
assistance is available 24 hours a day via the toll-free number: 1
800 713 8356 (the urgent message option should be selected). On
booking their villa, guests will be asked to supply credit card
details as a refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required for
each home or apartment. The following items can be added to the
booking for a daily additional fee: pool heat (where applicable),
baby cot and highchair. All apartments and condos are non-smoking,
and pets are not allowed.
Directions, How to get
there
Coming from Orlando International Airport, take the south exit,
signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join the SR417 heading west
(this is a toll road). Exit at Junction 2, signposted Celebration.
At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth,
turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction
with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then
turn right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway
Boulevard. Take the first left, and the Hotelbeds Welcome Center,
where check-in will take place, is on the right.
