All homes in this beautiful community are minutes from a plethora of restaurants and shops and conveniently located 20 to 35 min drive to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal theme parks. This is a self catering community of individual Deluxe Cottage style homes. Facilities include a large communal swimming pool, a kids' pool, a kids' play area, clubhouse with table tennis and billiards and a tennis court. All homes have a screened Lanai with Patio furniture and carport with off road parking for 2 cars.

Homes have fully-equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Washing machine, dryer, linens, towels, telephone, cable TV, music system and central air-conditioning. Maximum occupancy in each unit is 2 persons per bedroom.

Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, heated kids pool, kids play area, clubhouse with table tennis and billiards and a tennis court.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 h.

From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.
