The 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas are set in a tranquil residential area. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath, and amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio. The kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, and there is also a washing machine, an ironing set, air conditioning and central heating in the accommodation. All villas have their own private screened swimming pool and are furnished to a high standard. Around the pool guests will find a minimum of 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs. Maximum occupancy for all villas is 2 people per bedroom.

Community amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool and a volleyball court. All of these facilities are available for guests to use while staying there.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 h.

From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, sign-posted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading west; this is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 sign-posted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue, drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left at the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre. Check-in will be on the right-hand side.
