All the homes are in established sub divisions and meet good quality standards and all the requirements for a clean self-catering holiday home. This is the perfect affordable accommodation for your family holidays.

All the standard homes feature the following amenities: a direct dial telephone, cable/satellite TV, a radio, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, washing machine and clothes dryer, ironing set, towels and bed linens. In addition each home features a private pool with a screened-in pool terrace with sun loungers, a patio table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy with a 4-range oven, full-size fridge with freezer section, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. The master bedrooms offer a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining fully fitted bathroom with shower/bathtub. Additional bedrooms either have a double bed or twin beds with at least 1 shared fully fitted bathroom. All linen and bedding is provided. The 3-bedroom homes sleep up to 6 people, the 4-bedroom homes sleep up to 8 people and the 5-bedroom homes sleep up to 10 people. Not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters, so the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking.

The standard amount of pool furniture provided is 2 sun loungers 4 chairs and a table.

Check-in is from 16:00hrs. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight. After midnight, key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for their villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and high-chair rental. All homes and apartments are non-smoking, pets are not allowed. Check-out on the day of departure from the accommodation is 10:00h.

Guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading West (this is a toll road). Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where check-in takes place is on the right.
