This charming family friendly apartment hotel is ideal for both holidaymakers and business travellers alike, and is a tourist residence comprising 42 luxury apartments close to Paris. Facilities available at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a café, a TV lounge, a breakfast room, conference facilities, Internet access (charges apply) and a laundry service (for an additional fee). There is parking available (charges apply) for those arriving by car.

Guests are offered accommodation from studios for 2 persons up to apartments for 4 persons, fully equipped with all comforts. The apartments come with a bathroom, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a kitchen with a fridge, ironing set, a coffee machine, a toaster, hot plates, a microwave, cable TV (12 channels) and ADSL Internet connection. Bed linen is provided. A studio for 2 persons (18 m²) comprises a sitting room with a sofa bed which sleeps 2 persons. The guests have to give at the arrival a deposit (cheque or cash), this deposit will be given back to they at the departure date. Daily cleaning is with charge for any kind of apartment. At the end of the stay, cleaning is with charge for the studio and for the apartment.

Getting to the RER station Epinay-sur Seine (5 minutes' walk from the hotel): RER C from 5.10 am to 11.35 pm with trains leaving every 15 minutes. Guests can get the RER C from the following stations: Porte de Clichy, Saint-Michel, Notre-Dame, Levallois-Perret and Porte Maillot. Guests arriving at Saint-Lazare train station: take métro line 3 and RER C from Levallois Pereire. From Gare du nord: take métro line 2 (towards Porte Dauphine) and get off at Place de Clichy, then take metro line 13 (towards Gabriel Péri-Asnière-Gennevilliers and get off at Porte de Clichy. Guests may take an RER C train from this station (30 minutes). NB: Please follow the signs to Hotel Balladins which is in the same building as the residence. From Epinay sur Seine station, guests should follow the main exit to their right hand side and come out of the station near the tobacconists. At the end of this street and they will come to the main street where the hotel IBIS comes into view. Turn left from there and cross the street to the garage. The hotel is only 2 minutes away. From the Charles de Gaulle International Airport it takes only 30 minutes on the A1 motorway and from Orly Airport it is 40 minutes on the A86 and then on the A4 motorway.
